Aleksandra Mojse is the Founder and Managing Director of Moy Design Studio, a boutique interior design consultancy based in Dubai. She holds a degree in Interior Design and a Master’s in Architectural Lighting and Design Management, combining technical expertise with creative vision. Educated for the profession from the age of 15, she has since worked on high-end residential and commercial projects across the Europe and Middle East region. Aleksandra’s work is guided by her core values of authenticity, determination, and ethical practice, which shape both her design philosophy and leadership style. Through Moy Design Studio, she is dedicated to creating thoughtful spaces that enhance well-being and reflect individuality.

In her role as Vice Chairperson for the Interior Design Sector at Dubai Chambers, Aleksandra aims to advocate for the industry, foster collaboration and create a platform for learning and sharing knowledge.

Vishal Motwani is the Founder of GDM Interiors, a leading company specializing in fit-out, project management, and joinery works. With over 30 years of experience in the interiors industry, he has overseen diverse projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Under his leadership, GDM Interiors has built a reputation for delivering projects on time and of the highest quality and precision, consistently meeting client expectations. Vishal’s expertise lies in bringing together all aspects of an interior project seamlessly, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion. His passion for interiors is reflected in his commitment to achieving impeccable quality and detail in every project undertaken. For Vishal, interiors are not just about structures and finishes, but about creating spaces that inspire and endure.

As Treasurer of the Dubai Interior Fit out and Interior Design Business Council, he supports the council’s financial stewardship and contributes to its growth.

Abhilash Mangat, Founder & CEO of Capstone Interior Design, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the interior design and fit-out industry. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, providing a solid foundation in structural and technical principles, and an MBA in Operations Management, equipping him with advanced expertise in business strategy, process optimization, and organizational leadership. This rare combination of engineering precision and strategic business acumen has enabled him to successfully lead and deliver high-value projects for leading developers and multinational corporations across the Middle East. Renowned for his deep commercial insight, contract expertise, and operational excellence, Abhilash is recognized as a driving force in shaping industry standards and best practices.

Jonathan Peters joined Interiors International in 2004, setting up the European office and factory in London as Managing Director. He later joined the Middle Eastern Office in 2010 as Group Director. He is a specialist Hospitality Design and Build Contractor, with 35 years professional Project Management and Fit Out experience, an Honours Graduate, previously serving on the Board of the British Contract Furniture Association.

Jonathan aims to strengthen Dubai Chambers’ membership by fostering meaningful connections, expanding business opportunities, and positioning the organisation as a hub for collaboration.

Priyaa is the Founder & Creative Director of 361 Degree design solutions, a Dubai born Interior Design & Build firm with associate offices in India & Africa. 361dds know for its minimal – modern designs with sustainable, futuristic approach & will be celebrating 15 years in Dubai. Priyaa is an Architect with specialization in Interior design. She has studied Innovation & entrepreneurship from Dubai. She has been working as a designer from past 20 years & done projects in UAE , USA, Africa, India , Europe, Saudi Arabia , Qatar. She has been receiving multiple awards and recognitions as an entrepreneur & she is one of the few females who started design & fitout firm 15 years back in Dubai.

She has been delivering what has been promised to the clients in unbelievable timeline for commercial & residential spaces. She support’s sustainability & guiding clients to include this while providing design services

Mihir Sanganee is the co-founder and CEO of Designsmith, a 36 year old Dubai-based construction and fit-out firm with integrated verticals in joinery, furniture manufacturing, and MEP services.

With over a 15 years of experience in the UAE market, Mihir focuses on brand positioning and client partnerships, driving the group’s vision of becoming one of the region’s most forward-thinking construction ecosystems.

Beyond his role at Designsmith, Mihir is an active contributor to the UAE’s business community. He serves actively in BNI, supporting business leaders in building stronger networks, and regularly participates in industry panels and thought-leadership forums.

In his role as membership coordinator, Mihir aims to help with the growth of the forum at the Chamber of Commerce to help create a platform of likeminded collaborators.
